Deliveries FAQs  

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the value of the products purchased. For purchases under €100 (euros) the standard shipping cost is €10 (euros). Standard delivery involves sending an email from the courier which will communicate the receipt of the product and the tracking code.

Delivery always means curbside. If your order contains products weighing within 15 kg, the carrier may (at its discretion) decide to deliver the package to you at the floor, but this is not a guaranteed service because it is at the discretion of the individual carrier. In all other cases, delivery takes place curbside

When ordering it is possible to request a telephone notification at a cost of €4 (euros).

Yes of course, our customers are always welcome. You can find our opening hours on the dedicated "Points of Sale" page. It is always recommended to contact the store to check the actual availability of the products.

Yes, we also ship abroad. If your country is not among those selectable when entering the address, you can send a contact request or a simple email to: info@amagictree.com indicating: Product, Quantity, Destination country, City and ZIP code .

All orders placed and paid for by 9am are shipped the same day and are delivered the following day with the exception of Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, smaller islands and locations that are difficult to reach. For these locations it normally takes 48/72 hours. If the product leaves from a third-party warehouse, the times may increase by a few days. The indicative delivery times are however indicated in the data sheet of each product.

Payment FAQs

All payments made with any type of credit card are made within the Paypal payment system where continuous anti-fraud checks are carried out. amagictree.com has the right to request a copy of identity documents from its customers and a copy of the credit card. Furthermore, credit card purchases are made via a secure server that adopts the 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. This protocol prevents the interception, modification or falsification of information. amagictree.com does not know or store the credit card data used by its customers as they are transmitted directly to PayPal's servers.

The accepted payment methods are: Credit card, Paypal, ScalaPay, advance bank transfer.

It is not possible to pay by cash on delivery.

We do not accept top-ups of Postepay credit cards but if you have a post office rechargeable card available you can use it like a normal credit card to make the payment.

Registry FAQs

Yes, of course, when ordering, you can request an invoice. If it is not requested at the moment, it is possible to request an invoice within the month in which the order was placed. It is not possible to issue invoices for orders processed in the month preceding the order.

Yes, of course, you can cancel your registration by accessing your personal area or by sending a message to our address info@amagictree.com

Orders FAQs

You can find your order identification number in the email we sent you as confirmation of receipt of your order.

You can also find your order number in your personal area in the "Your orders" section.

Furthermore, you can find your order number in the invoice header that we sent you via email when the order was processed.

To request changes to your order, send us an email to info@amagictree.com or contact us at (+39) 0544 455445. Changes will be evaluated with our customer service. In any case, once the order has been processed, it will no longer be possible to modify it.

Sending the accountant helps us speed up and separate the product. This is not proof of payment for us but we are waiting for the total amount to be credited to our account to proceed with shipping the order.

Order and deliveries FAQs

We entrust our goods to different couriers based on weight, volume and starting warehouse. You will receive by email the shipping code and the name of the courier to whom your package was entrusted.

By accessing your personal area and viewing the order, the shipping tracking code will be displayed. The code was also sent to you in the shipping confirmation email.

Invoices FAQs

The invoice or payment receipt is sent by email when the order is shipped. If you want to reprint the invoice, simply access your personal area and by viewing the orders you can reprint the invoice.

Changing the data can be done by sending an email to info@amagictree.com no later than the month of the order.

amagictree.com sends the invoice or payment receipt via email. The invoice is sent every time the customer requests it on our systems. For tax purposes, the issuing of a document certifying payment is sufficient and allows you to enforce the guarantee on the products purchased.

Order arrival FAQs

Upon delivery of the package, its integrity and the number of packages indicated in the shipping email or on the label on any package must be verified

Package damaged, wet, crushed, unpackaged, dented, perforated or not intact.

In this case the package must be accepted by writing on the waybill or on the electronic terminal that the package is "accepted subject to inspection because the package is damaged or wet or crushed or unpackaged or dented or perforated or not intact".

Many couriers ask you to sign a reservation in electronic format.

Make sure the reservation is specific and not generic.

All packages showing anomalies must be accepted with reservation as specified above.

Neck apparently intact.

In this case the package must be accepted subject to general inspection. The procedure is not different from the one indicated above but differs in the wording to be added: "I accept subject to inspection because it is not possible to view the integrity of the package inside the package"

All reports must be made no later than 8 working days from receipt of the goods.

This procedure is very important to be able to take advantage of our always insured service which protects the customer for any products damaged in transport. Without the reservation of control, complaints or requests for replacement regarding damage due to transport cannot be accepted.

The courier does not wait for the packages to be opened.

Withdrawals and guarantees FAQs

Private customers can exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that the product is returned intact in its original packaging and complete in all its parts including the accessories. You can exercise this right within 14 days of receiving the goods .

The goods must be returned within 14 days in the original and intact packaging.

Shipping is at the customer's expense.

All products sold by amagictree.com are covered by a 24 month warranty (or 12 months if the customer purchases with a VAT number) for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/05.

Yes, the shipping costs and the assignment of a courier to return the goods to amagictree.com are the responsibility of the Customer.

The only exception to this policy concerns Christmas trees as indicated in the conditions of sale and in the relevant FAQ.

For all the Christmas trees on our website amagictree.com, returns are free no later than December 1st . The return must be communicated by this date by email to info@amagictree.com . The product must be entrusted to the courier who will send amagictree.com within 5 days of communication. After this date, the return will be paid by the customer as for all other products on sale. If you wish to return other Christmas products in addition to a Christmas tree, these must be placed in another box and sent separately.
